Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n- Review and validate employee expense reports \u2013 Auditing.<\/li>\n
- Updating Audit trackers.<\/li>\n
- Perform monthly accruals.<\/li>\n
- Perform weekly reconciliation of approved reports from Concur with SAP.<\/li>\n
- Perform branch office GL posting.<\/li>\n
- Creating and pulling report in Cognos.<\/li>\n
- Credit Card registration in Concur and SAP.<\/li>\n
- Reconciliation of Bank Card Statement VS SAP<\/li>\n
- Error Log clearing in SAP and Concur.<\/li>\n
- Timely dispatch of payment and review of payments proposal for employee reimbursement.<\/li>\n
- Cash advance and debit balance follow-up.<\/li>\n
- Creating Concur tickets for issues and findings.<\/li>\n
- Responding to queries mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n- Degree in Accounting\/Finance or knowledge of accounting.<\/li>\n
- Operational knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
- Good verbal and written English communication skills to interact with team and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
- Work Experience in Concur System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Working experience in SAP<\/li>\n
- 1.5 to 3.5 years of work experience in the respective domain or in a related financial domain and good knowledge of accounting fundamentals<\/li>\n
- Should have Concur experience<\/li>\n
- Should have worked in SAP environment<\/li>\n
- Proficient in written and verbal communication<\/li>\n
- Proficient in Analytical skills<\/li>\n
- Effective time management<\/li>\n
- Problem solving mindset and critical thinking<\/li>\n
- Stakeholder management<\/li>\n
- To be able to work independently<\/li>\n
