Key Responsibilities:-<\/p>\n
Finalization\u00a0of\u00a0Accounts\u00a0&\u00a0Audit<\/p>\n
Monthly\u00a0closure\u00a0of\u00a0books\u00a0of\u00a0account\u00a0at\u00a0agreed\u00a0timelines.<\/p>\n
Monthly\u00a0MIS\u00a0at\u00a0agreed\u00a0timeline.<\/p>\n
Overseeing Accounts\u00a0Payable and accounts receivables<\/p>\n
Tax\u00a0and\u00a0other\u00a0Compliance<\/p>\n
Good\u00a0experience\u00a0of\u00a0financial\u00a0accounting,\u00a0Ind\u00a0AS,\u00a0GST,\u00a0Income\u00a0Tax,<\/p>\n
Cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting.<\/p>\n
Financial Leadership: Lead the financial function of our Family Office, overseeing all accounting activities, financial planning, and reporting.
\nBudgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support the objectives the company.
\nFinancial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
\nRisk Management: Implement robust risk management strategies.
\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with family members, advisors, and external partners to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n
