To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\u2019re looking to add a Analyst Accounts Payable<\/strong> in Coimbatore.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.<\/li>\n
  • Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Reporting activities \u2013 Generate and update the AP.<\/li>\n
  • Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team<\/li>\n
  • Perform quality Check Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures .<\/li>\n
  • Create \/ Update Vendor Master records based on Standard operation procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
      \n
    • B.com \/ BBA(Finance) \/ M.Com \/ MBA(Finance).<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding on MS applications.<\/li>\n
    • 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting \/AP Domain<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of accounting principles.<\/li>\n
    • Good written\/oral communication skills in English<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.<\/li>\n
    • Good analytical skills and should be a team player.<\/li>\n
