some college level accounting preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Invoice Processing Department<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1 years of experience in General Accounting functions (including Accounts Payable)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic financial reporting operations highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic financial reporting operations highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>General understanding of spreadsheets & database applications preferred<\/li>\n<li>Multi-family experience highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational ability;
