Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Provision of day-to-day accounting services <\/strong>\u2013Including, but not limited to, cash receipts, cash disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, Inventory management, and other related functions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintenance of Financial records<\/strong> \u2013 Posting Journal entries, maintenance of general ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.<\/li>\n
  • Account reconciliations<\/strong>\u2013 Reconcile Bank statements, credit card statements, vendor accounts, and other related statements\/accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures <\/strong>\u2013 Ensure expenditures and reimbursements are in compliance with the company\u2019s financial policy and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Perform other assigned duties<\/strong> \u2013 Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the stakeholders. Maintain and improve client relationships and assuring that high-quality services continue to be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or Qualified, semi-qualified CA, Semi Qualified CPA<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 1-2 years of Corporate full-time work experience in bookkeeping and accounting as per US GAAP or equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel \u2013 Working knowledge of basic shortcuts and advanced formulas<\/li>\n
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Preference will be given to candidates with prior QuickBooks experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      • Laptop with 8GB ram(windows) or 3GB ram(mac), Minimum I3 8th gen processor @ 2.4Ghz, minimum 256MB internal GPU<\/li>\n
      • Good camera and Headset<\/li>\n
      • Quiet and a well-lit workspace<\/li>\n
      • A fast and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps<\/li>\n
