SLAs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper timeliness and quality KPIs in line with target<\/li>\n<li>Following the work instructions related to specified processes.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of process improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop the relationship with the client<\/li>\n<li>Participate in process optimization initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Participation as team members in projects<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and execution of the Internal Control Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and updating work instructions<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of SOX control for PTP processes<\/li>\n<li>Providing effective communication and professional relation with customers, suppliers and co-workers.<\/li>\n<li>Refer un-resolvable and complex cases to Process Specialists or Team Leads for guidance and resolution<\/li>\n<li>Support other team members<\/li>\n<li>Training and support for newcomers<\/li>\n<li>Segregating the invoices, bank statements and other AP documents<\/li>\n<li>Scanning of invoices accordingly to way of scanning<\/li>\n<li>Archiving the invoices and other documents<\/li>\n<li>Invoice verification<\/li>\n<li>Invoice coding and processing<\/li>\n<li>PTP reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Sending the documents for vendor master modifications<\/li>\n<li>Service desk support<\/li>\n<li>Cash forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Create payment proposal and execute payments<\/li>\n<li>Domestic, foreign, manual, urgent payments validation<\/li>\n<li>Domestic, foreign, manual, urgent payments verification<\/li>\n<li>Payment allocation<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with other team members responsible AP Posting\/Payment to resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Handling calls incoming from the vendors<\/li>\n<li>Creating ticket for every call received<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis of expense accounts<\/li>\n<li>Responding to queries<\/li>\n<li>Additional tasks assigned by Supervisor completed on
