{"id":36762,"date":"2024-04-16T05:09:55","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T05:09:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=36762"},"modified":"2024-12-14T06:30:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-14T06:30:32","slug":"finance-intern-jobs-dubai","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=finance-intern-jobs-dubai","title":{"rendered":"Finance Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Scan cheques into the ADCB portal for approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cheque presentment from the ADCB portal.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with ADCB courier team for dispatching scanned cheques to the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Update scanned cheques status in Fusion system.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update the PDC tracker on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Validate and update the status of due cheques on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report bounce cheques to the leasing team.<\/li>\n<li>Update the ADCB portal for bounced cheques.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up for replacement cheques for bounced cheques.<\/li>\n<li>Withdraw cheques from the ADCB portal based on approvals for lease changes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with lease administrators for returning cheques.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with internal teams, particularly leasing and administrative teams, to ensure smooth cheque processing.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with ADCB portal administrators and courier services to resolve any issues related to cheque processing.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm clearance of funds in bank statements on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records related to cheque transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3>Qualifications and Skills:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in cheque processing or banking operations preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":36763,"template":"","meta":{"_bbp_topic_count":0,"_bbp_reply_count":0,"_bbp_total_topic_count":0,"_bbp_total_reply_count":0,"_bbp_voice_count":0,"_bbp_anonymous_reply_count":0,"_bbp_topic_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_reply_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_forum_subforum_count":0,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Dubai -
