The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience and a proven track record in managing end-to-end finance functions. The Financial Accounting Analyst will oversee accounting processes, monthly book closures, audit support, day-to-day operations, and bank entries. The accounting Analyst will participate in accounting projects and contribute to integrations for newly acquired businesses.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee accounting processes, including accounts payable\/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly book closures, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing the annual statutory audits and ensuring all filings are completed.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the integration team during the acquisition of a company to ensure adequate setup of the finance structure.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in processes related to the sale or acquisition of companies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance controls, and drive operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Support financial internal controls and evaluate established policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CA certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a software or technology company.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
