The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems and data sources, contributing to the success of our Talent initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs<\/li>\n<li>Process Analysis: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems<\/li>\n<li>Documentation: Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress<\/li>\n<li>Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations<\/li>\n<li>Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills And Attributes For Success<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work virtually with global teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To qualify for this role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field;
