The team works on short to long termengagements to assist in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing the outputs of business<\/p>\n<p>functions and compliance programs.Financial crime risks relating to anti-money laundering (AML), terrorist financing, anti-briberycontrols, sanctions compliance and fraud are a high focus for regulated businesses andexternal scrutiny as regulation and practice continues to evolve. Responsible for developingand overseeing the financial crime and fraud prevention framework, designed to ensureclient(s) are compliant, protected from risk and loss from financial crime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a part of our Global Managed Services Delivery team, you will be working with EY officesacross the globe to provide an array of compliance solutions to our clients. The team works onshort to long term engagements to provide assistance in establishing, maintaining andreviewing the outputs of business functions and compliance programs.Our Financial Crime Consulting team consists of hundreds of professionals who advise anddrive change for the firm\u2019s banking, capital markets, insurance, and asset management clientsin Financial Crime. Our Financial Crime Consulting team specializes in topics, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer screening<\/li>\n<li>Payment screening filtering for Sanctions, PEPs and adverse media<\/li>\n<li>KYC Remediation<\/li>\n<li>Anti-money laundering transaction monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Look-back reviews and loan file reviews<\/li>\n<li>Compliance testing and FATCA<\/li>\n<li>Financial crime risk assessment reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Financial Crime Compliance Analyst, you will predominantly support the compliance teamin the financial crime space. You will help businesses comply with financial crime regulationsand adhere to relevant client(s) policies and procedures related to anti-money laundering andcounter-terrorist financing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate keen interest in compliance and regulatory issues related to Banking &Capital Markets industry and participants<\/li>\n<li>Multi-task, learn on the job and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional client service<\/li>\n<li>Work in a collaborative environment as well as independently based on the requirement<\/li>\n<li>Understand the overall process and objective before beginning to work on a task<\/li>\n<li>Escalate issues and problems, articulate clearly to leadership, onshore and client role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0-1 years of work experience in AML \u2013 KYC and\/or Sanction Screening and\/ortransaction monitoring and\/or regulatory reporting and\/or banking etc<\/li>\n<li>MBA with an emphasis in Risk, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related financial field<\/li>\n<li>Strong research skills and advanced skills in various Microsoft applications such asWord, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of banking industry, its products, and services<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work in shifts, if required<\/li>\n<li>Need to work from office<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work on Indian Holidays as per requirement<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and collaborate as a team<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel, within the country and
