Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n

  1. Purchase:\n
      \n
    • Negotiating with vendors for favorable rates and payment terms.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinating purchase activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Project Management:\n
        \n
      • Collaborating with project managers to plan and execute construction activities.<\/li>\n
      • Ensuring proper accounting and documentation of project-related expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Sales:\n
          \n
        • Conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.<\/li>\n
        • Managing sales collections, payment schedules, and registrations.<\/li>\n
        • Interacting with customers to facilitate resale transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • MIS (Management Information System):\n
            \n
          • Generating monthly MIS reports for analysis.<\/li>\n
          • Monitoring fund requirements and maintaining financial records.<\/li>\n
          • Handling bookkeeping for all group companies\u2019 transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Consultant Management:\n
              \n
            • Coordinating with consultants for various activities such as audits, GST returns, and RERA submissions.<\/li>\n
            • Managing new company formation activities and tracking statutory formalities for existing companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Bank Management:\n
                \n
              • Following up on bank-related tasks and coordinating account openings.<\/li>\n
              • Managing other banking activities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Statutory Compliance:\n
                  \n
                • Conducting audits for all companies and filing GST returns.<\/li>\n
                • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Analysis and Budgeting:\n
                    \n
                  • Developing budgets for the organization and its group companies.<\/li>\n
                  • Conducting cash flow forecasting and planning inter-company transactions.<\/li>\n
                  • Analyzing project costs and comparing them to estimates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Fund Management:\n
                      \n
                    • Collecting funds from construction and sales activities.<\/li>\n
                    • Allocating funds appropriately and disbursing payments.<\/li>\n
                    • Implementing replenishment and mitigation plans as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • Performance Improvement:\n
                        \n
                      • Implementing measures to enhance team performance and efficiency.<\/li>\n
                      • Providing support for annual general meeting (AGM) reports and presentations.<\/li>\n
                      • Maintaining daily reports and updating work plans accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.<\/li>\n
                        • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.<\/li>\n
                        • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
                        • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.<\/li>\n
                        • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP).<\/li>\n
