{"id":35805,"date":"2024-03-01T09:52:07","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T09:52:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=35805"},"modified":"2024-03-05T11:21:05","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T11:21:05","slug":"associate-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=associate-2","title":{"rendered":"Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities:-<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intake \/ OTB management \u2013 Monitor inventory situation & plan inwards based on the DOH plan & plan timely RTVs.<\/li>\n<li>Selection \u2013 making season-level buy plans\/assortment plans based on past performance & growth\/revenue\u00a0targets to ensure that the category is well represented.<\/li>\n<li>Review style level performance based on metrics such as ROS, Sell thru, RPI, and RGM.<\/li>\n<li>Category visibility planning & interventions \u2013 planning banners for respective brands and raising<br \/>\nbanner requests on time.<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently introduce \/ on-board new brands\/categories.<\/li>\n<li>Managing pricing (SOR \/ OR) \u2013 follow up with brands on securing timely discounts and updating the<br \/>\nsame, and control pricing internally as per planned GM \/ RGM. Working closely on OR discounting based<br \/>\non profitability requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Be an effective bridge between brands & internal teams for all communications.<\/li>\n<li>Operational excellence: Should have prior experience or enough knowledge & confidence to<\/li>\n<li>manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloging & discount monitoring.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business management from a reputed B school.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should have experience of 2-4 years and can independently handle<br \/>\na group of categories.
