Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    \n
  • Review and approve new joiners\u2019 pay structures in the e-Pay system.<\/li>\n
  • Validate staff headcount and reconcile payroll data.<\/li>\n
  • Review, approve, and submit completed payroll files to secondary approver.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the addition and exit of partners in the manual payroll file based on confirmation from team.<\/li>\n
  • Update payments and deductions according to inputs from the UAE Payroll mailbox.<\/li>\n
  • Run Partner GL reports from SAP and update entries in the manual payroll file.<\/li>\n
  • Review and reconcile partner headcount and payroll data.<\/li>\n
  • Review and approve final settlement payments.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the request for funds in HSBC for settlement payments.<\/li>\n
  • Initiate payment processes (EFT\/cheque) and forward them for Finance Manager\/bank authorizer approvals.<\/li>\n
  • Review employee expenses and approve expense batches in SAP.<\/li>\n
  • Approve employee advance requests and partner payments.<\/li>\n
  • Manage entity transfers within MENA region.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct medical analysis as required.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate statutory audit requirements related to payroll.<\/li>\n
  • Clear and review line items for accuracy.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze and manage monthly pension GL and DEWS payments.<\/li>\n
  • Perform GL clearing and pass journal vouchers.<\/li>\n
  • Handle mailbox inquiries from staff, talent, and partners.<\/li>\n
  • Manage ADGMA staff billing and payments.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare payslips for partners.<\/li>\n
  • Address other ad hoc requests related to payroll.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and manage Payroll GL accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Provide support for policies and best practices in payroll administration.<\/li>\n
  • Foster and maintain relationships with talent, staff, and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    \u00a0Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a complex and multinational environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in using SAP and other payroll management systems.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance in the UAE.<\/li>\n
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.<\/li>\n
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes.<\/li>\n
    • Team player with excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n
