Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, verify & post PO\/NPO invoices (3rd Party\/Inter-company)<\/li>\n<li>Regular review of debit balances, aged balances in vendor accounts, and resolution of the same<\/li>\n<li>Review of open Purchase Orders and highlight exceptions<\/li>\n<li>Timely review and resolution of open GRIR items<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and passing of all relevant entries.<\/li>\n<li>Review payment proposals & Suspected Duplicate Invoice report<\/li>\n<li>Handle escalation issues arising from vendor account reconciliation, payment issues, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Review dashboard and drive service delivery performance KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare MIS to meet management requirements<\/li>\n<li>Identify and participate in continuous improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure audits are conducted with minimal queries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all SOBPs are updated on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate controls over the process are maintained<\/li>\n<li>Review SOX compliance on a monthly basis and ensure documentation<\/li>\n<li>Perform the functional onboarding of team members<\/li>\n<li>On-job operational guidance to the team<\/li>\n<li>Review team performance and provide relevant feedback<\/li>\n<li>Discover the training needs of the team and coach accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Identify and train team members to create knowledge backups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 to 10 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience is desired<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of Google Suite & MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Updated knowledge of GST provisions and withholding tax<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to SOX compliances<\/li>\n<li>Education Qualification \u2013 B Com\/ Inter CA \/
