{"id":35505,"date":"2024-02-19T04:46:32","date_gmt":"2024-02-19T04:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=35505"},"modified":"2024-02-28T11:27:58","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T11:27:58","slug":"junior-staff-accountant","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=junior-staff-accountant","title":{"rendered":"Junior Staff Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the AP process by leveraging NetSuite and Coupa, along with treasury tools.<\/li>\n<li>Work with International Finance Teams to understand existing processes to handle user requests associated with payroll and other operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Work with GST India Taxes to develop custom automation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct performance monitoring and optimization activities to identify bottlenecks in Statutory and regulatory works and enhance system performance related to financial reporting, operations, and payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Create documentation and user guides. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and share best practices with team members.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for regulatory changes and meet evolving business needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Performed general ledger journal entries and supported basic account reconciliations.
