{"id":35421,"date":"2024-02-15T05:02:41","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T05:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=35421"},"modified":"2024-02-23T04:30:57","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T04:30:57","slug":"accountant-r2r","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=accountant-r2r","title":{"rendered":"Accountant &#8211; R2R"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Post transactions in SAP\/BPC and maintain the necessary documentation to support such transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare necessary analysis and reports related to General ledger balances, provide highlights indicating risks, and recommend mitigation action.<\/li>\n<li>Standardize accounting schedules and implement a quality review process.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare & circulate monthly intercompany loan reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Strive to continually improve the GL review process for early warning signals.<\/li>\n<li>Gather necessary information related to balance sheet accounts from concerned stakeholders to ensure proper reconciliation of GL accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit audit schedules, data, and documentation to ensure prompt closure of the audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monthly \/ Yearly book closing and business support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure timely inputs for the preparation of financials and take ownership of compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Follow checklists for monthly book closure and audit closure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure necessary amortization and provision entries are posted and issues highlighted.<\/li>\n<li>Perform necessary reclassifications and validations in the BPC process.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in circulating weekly stock forecast<\/li>\n<li>Record month-end stock provision entries after comprehensive review and confirmation by the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Intercompany And Intracompany<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the ICM module to ensure the ICM team has accepted the regular charges (Warehouse rent, D&W, Warranty, Security charges.
