{"id":35418,"date":"2024-02-15T04:51:20","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T04:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=35418"},"modified":"2024-02-21T08:40:54","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T08:40:54","slug":"accounts-payable-specialist","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=accounts-payable-specialist","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Payable Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Verify invoice details, such as pricing, quantities, and payment terms.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other issues.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately input financial data of the invoices received into the company\u2019s accounting system.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update Vendor master data and ensure completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with reconciling accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation for all accounts payable transactions as per the company\u2019s standard operating procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the filing and organization of financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Help with audits and reporting as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Skills:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on GST & TDS Tax Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication Skills.
