Specific tasks will include, but not limited to;\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team members in performing different types of testing<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the business and technology on managing defects (identification, getting fixed, retest etc)<\/li>\n<li>Assist the team in understanding and documenting the end-to-end impact on the system<\/li>\n<li>Ensure issues are raised \/ escalated and driven through to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Ensure risks & dependencies are highlighted, with mitigation options presented<\/li>\n<li>Understand, with assistance from tax and data experts, the flow of data and information through JP Morgan\u2019s systems<\/li>\n<li>Support the design of the target end state and undertake a gap analysis of the current state and the end state<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal and external consultants to help drive the project forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support the Indirect Tax Technology team in the advancement of the long-term VAT technology strategy<\/li>\n<li>Understand how business led technology programs and system changes impact VAT processes and implementing changes as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain an effective communication and engagement model with key contacts within various parts of JP Morgan including Tax, Finance and the Lines of Business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Develop new processes and ensure they are clearly documented, communicated and delivered against success criteria<\/li>\n<li>Assist Local Management with other team initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate with at least 3 to 4 years\u2019 of experience in Indirect Tax compliance and Accounting;
