Tax Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including year-end.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering\/uploading data.<\/li>\n<li>Updates payroll records by entering changes in components, e.g., but not limited to exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department\/division transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares\/extracts payroll reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.<\/li>\n<li>Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income social security taxes and other statutory payments as required.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves payroll discrepancies\/queries by collecting and analyzing information.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse payroll information so as to answer questions and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good team-playing skills<\/li>\n<li>Clear and coherent thinking<\/li>\n<li>Previous payroll experience in high volume, full function payroll<\/li>\n<li>Data Entry Skills<\/li>\n<li>General Math Skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, thoroughness<\/li>\n<li>Payroll related diploma\/certificate will be advantageous but not necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience using large ERP system will be advantageous but not essential<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel
