acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\">talent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\">Understands expectations and\u00a0demonstrates\u00a0personal accountability for keeping\u00a0performance on\u00a0track.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\">Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building\u00a0skills.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\">Degree in Accounting or\u00a0related\u00a0field.\u00a0Graduate\u00a0degree is desired.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare detailed audit\u00a0reports\u00a0and resolve accounting research issues.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\">International accounting qualification is desired:\u00a0CA, ACCA, or CPA. Preferably CA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
