Coordination:<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with South Zone teams to understand and address their operational finance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between finance and operational teams.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Views and Trackers:<\/li>\n<li>Prepare comprehensive monthly financial views and trackers to provide insights into financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data and present key findings to support decision-making processes.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Handling:<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of various financial tasks, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement:<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Explore automation options and tech enablers to enhance efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication:<\/li>\n<li>Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring prompt closure of any open points or issues.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth financial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Data Management:<\/li>\n<li>Manage large volumes of financial data efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Adapt to the evolving business environment and proactively address challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of relevant work experience in finance roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using financial tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of month-end accrual processes and financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in E-commerce\/FMCG is an added
