effective customer relationships, ensuring fulfillment of requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Commit to meeting billing targets and metrics, working independently to improve processes.<\/li>\n<li>Execute components of large execution plans\/projects within specified timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve queries on a day-to-day basis and address identified issues for process standardization.<\/li>\n<li>Implement finance initiatives, adhere to established policies and procedures, and enhance functional knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Perform month-end closing procedures, including report preparation, reconciliations, accruals, and transaction entries.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize and maintain confidential information, supporting other departments in recordkeeping and payment processing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in creating and designing automated reports requested by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quick learning of organizational policies and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with an orientation towards achieving team and organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline-oriented with accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with effective time management.<\/li>\n<li>Team-playing and problem-solving skills, adept at query handling.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of MS Office, accounting controls, and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Accounts Receivable processes and financial analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with the financial system in use, with proficiency in IFRS and general
