processes for obtaining customer information.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize such information in detecting, monitoring, and reporting suspicious activity.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Targets of Quality and Productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.<\/li>\n<li>Work in a team and meet the team and Project goals.<\/li>\n<li>Follow Manager\/Supervisor instructions and work as per the Policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Approach every task with a positive mindset and focus on Excellence, learning, and growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a master\u2019s degree in finance stream or MBA (Finance) or any other related streams.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills (Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.)<\/li>\n<li>Good English Comprehension skills and English communication skills \u2013 written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to quickly learn new skills and subject matter.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks.<\/li>\n<li>A highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to excel within a team environment and independently.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in extended shifts and night shifts (work as per the project requirements to meet the project goals).<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work for a minimum tenure of at least 18-24 months.<\/li>\n<li>Typing Speed (30 wpm & 95% accuracy).<\/li>\n<li>Organized, Independent, Self-learning, & Growth Mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Fluidic, Eagerness, and Contribution to Improvements \u2013 Process and Nonprocess.<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to
