Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Research, reconcile, and update financial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Processing and posting of journal entries for all kinds of transactions.<\/li>\n<li>General ledgers as well as balance sheet heads reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Recording and maintaining various processes related to Accounts Receivable and Payables<\/li>\n<li>Processing of invoices for various vendors and it\u2019s reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Update transactions details in database\/applications<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and perform variance analysis of financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and perform tasks related to preparation of schedules related to financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Support Tax filing & Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting cycle & fundamentals<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn and grasp new business processes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of AP\/AR\/GL functions<\/li>\n<li>Basic Understanding of Booking & Payment of Invoices<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Excel Functionality and other MS Office tools (Powerpoint\/Word)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn how to use accounting applications and software to analyze transactions and extract reports.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to ERP systems \/ Reporting tools would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Team player \u2013 Ability to learn and work in team<\/li>\n<li>Must have fluent English communication skills (spoken and written);<\/li>\n<li>Must have basic planning, problem solving, analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years of relevant work experience in Finance\/Accounts function, preferably in an offshore set-up with Commerce graduation\/post graduation or CA\/ICWA Intermediate\/Full time 2 years MBA Finance .<\/li>\n<li>Preferably CA Articleship experience and\/or expereince of working in an offshore
