Proactively expand tax knowledge through client assignments and stay current with tax developments.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver high-quality and timely work.<\/li>\n<li>Develop client service and engagement skills.<\/li>\n<li>Assisted seniors and managers on special projects, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing tax technologies and automating tax compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Multi-Task on various projects within the tax segment and be cross-trained<\/li>\n<li>Propose improvement possibilities to raise the effectiveness and efficiency of the work processes.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with Ernst &amp; Young compliance procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Help create a supportive teaming environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills in business English.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of accounting and tax concepts<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic, innovative &amp; problem resolution focus<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate good computer knowledge &#8211; in MS Excel and a basic understanding of other MS Office, Web-based applications.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge about the functioning\/usage of ERP systems<\/li>\n<li>Individuals showing great interest in working with multi-country clients<\/li>\n<li>Individual being capable of working Independently<\/li>\n<li>Team player &#8211; driving the team towards progression<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To qualify for the role, you must have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate\/Post-graduate, preferably in Commerce<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 1 \u2013 3 years of experience, preferably in an Accounting\/VAT\/GST environment<\/li>\n<li>B. Com\/BBA\/M.
