Team Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform daily risk positions and explaining the variance.<\/li>\n<li>Posting of Future\/Option in SAP based on the trade happened in exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the daily reconciliation of Unrealized\/realized MTM on Futures\/options.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily reconciliation with Trader PnL.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the daily PnL based on the market price movements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform the FX reporting to hedge the currency risk.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts in One Stream.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing different types of risk reports, e.g. Freight exposure etc. for senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Perform the MTM calculation on month end.<\/li>\n<li>Posting the MTM in SAP on Month end.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reconciling the Intercompany MTM with other Bunge entities on month end.<\/li>\n<li>Complying with Sarbanes Oxley Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the internal finance controls, procedures in place and in compliance with company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the MTM adjustments and sharing with Trade accountants to post.<\/li>\n<li>Identify & resolve mismatches in IC balances with counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and updating process documentation and to keep up to date all the time.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with auditors (Internal and external) and responding to their queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Agribusiness\/Commodity trading industry preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Education Qualification \u2013 C.A. \/ CMA \/ FRM \/ MBA will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Mark to Market, Options, Futures, Hedging, Intercompany and Risk Positions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for MTM, Intercompany and other reporting activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Independent and meticulous with figures<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication & Interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal\/external teams across the Globe.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving & organization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Develop knowledge of the business, accounting systems, Reconciliation policy, Finance Control standards and Quality Framework and ensure compliance with these.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in ERP\/ Accounting systems (SAP) will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Team
