Assistance in Performing month-end close activities including revenue &amp; expense accruals;<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in computation and payment of TDS, GST and Income-Tax as well as filing of the returns with the tax authorities<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in preparation of financial statements, ensuring harmonization and compliance with IND AS.<\/li>\n<li>Review and analysis of income statement and balance sheet accounts and provide commentary for variance;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed assets register including additions, retirements, and annual physical verification;<\/li>\n<li>Review and prepares monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and substantiation of the balance;<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in providing information and documents to auditors as well as internal stakeholders Supporting and coordinating statutory audit and internal audit by providing backups and schedules on timely basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all accounting treatment done rightly. Put effective controls and review process with appropriate documentation to complete all financial statements timely and appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Related Party transactions are reconciled every month and keep master of all Related Party transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monthly petty cash\/corporate credit card\/bank reconciliation is done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inter-CA with up to 3 years of work experience OR M. Com with 3 to around 5 years of work experience in a stock broking firm or financial services\/investment bank\/ capital markets firm.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of accounting practices and ERP.
