{"id":34394,"date":"2024-01-05T08:43:41","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T08:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=34394"},"modified":"2024-01-09T04:26:30","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T04:26:30","slug":"accountant-77","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=accountant-77","title":{"rendered":"Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment<\/li>\n<li>Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.<\/li>\n<li>Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the quarterly supplier advance report and follow up for timely advance settlement.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accuracy of an organization\u2019s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or delivery receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices, or correspondence necessary for files.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain proper information and\/or data regarding invoice payments.<\/li>\n<li>Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate track of the supplier invoices received from the vendors\/departments.<\/li>\n<li>Address any queries and concerns raised by the various vendors and take steps to address them.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare SOA reconciliation prior to releasing payment to the vendors and address any missing invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Execute monthly credit card reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide other clerical support necessary.<\/li>\n<li>A commerce background is needed<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Good excel skills<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience preferred but not mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"col-md-8 col-xs-12\">\n<div class=\"single-job-listing\">\n<div class=\"job-description\">\n<div id=\"how-you-match-card-container\" class=\"job-details-how-you-match-card__container mb4 artdeco-card \">\n<section class=\"job-details-how-you-match-card__header pt5 ph5 pb4\">\n<p class=\"t-20 t-bold\"><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advance excel knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"social-sharer-wrapper mt20\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-4 col-xs-12 job-sidebar \"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":33869,"template":"","meta":{"_bbp_topic_count":0,"_bbp_reply_count":0,"_bbp_total_topic_count":0,"_bbp_total_reply_count":0,"_bbp_voice_count":0,"_bbp_anonymous_reply_count":0,"_bbp_topic_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_reply_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_forum_subforum_count":0,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Dubai -
