{"id":34355,"date":"2024-01-04T09:32:34","date_gmt":"2024-01-04T09:32:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=34355"},"modified":"2024-02-20T11:29:27","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T11:29:27","slug":"transactions-analyst","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=transactions-analyst","title":{"rendered":"Transactions Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of the buy-side and sell-side M&A process, including key steps, timelines, documents etc.<\/li>\n<li>Building and creating detailed business plans and financial models for M&A, divestiture, and other corporate transactions cases<\/li>\n<li>Applying Transaction and Corporate Finance expertise when contributing to product\/tool development and deployment, taking different client contexts into account<\/li>\n<li>Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible, structured, and confident way<\/li>\n<li>Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.<\/li>\n<li>Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required; advanced degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of consulting experience in relevant topics (Transactions\/M&A, Corporate Finance, Integrations\/PMI, Business Separations\/Carve-outs, or similar topics) required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of new age financial modeling tools (e.g. Anaplan) and advanced excel tools (e.g. Power Pivot) are beneficiary<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English;
