Operations for banking activities & ensure timely delivery with quality.<\/li>\n<li>Manage bank processes, e.g., Cash pooling, trying specific banking requirements, Cash funding, DD, etc<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure foreign transactions, translations, and hedges are properly recorded.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure queries\/transactions are resolved timely and GL is not aged<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure banking recons are delivered on time & with quality with no unexplained items.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure Operations deliver all banking recons on time and quality with no unexplained items.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure queries\/ transactions are resolved on a timely basis & GL is not aged.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Provide financial reports, analysis, explanations, and advice based on knowledge of financial information, relevant GAAP, and supporting SAP systems.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Initiate and review GL entries to ensure the integrity of all transactions and resolve any query items.<\/li>\n<li>T&E postings & reconciliation, including working with the T&E team to address any fallouts and ensuring correct accounting of all T&E expenses.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Design and continuously improve processes focusing on standardization & simplification.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Drive improvement on identified issues within the area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Multi-bank \/ bank account reconciliations, research & investigation experience to resolve aged items.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Large multinational environment experience<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong communicator on all levels<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Process-orientated with excellent problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong technical and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and Six
