{"id":34270,"date":"2024-01-02T06:32:16","date_gmt":"2024-01-02T06:32:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=34270"},"modified":"2024-02-22T08:00:59","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T08:00:59","slug":"accounts-payable-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/job\/accounts-payable-associate\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Payable Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the target<\/li>\n<li>Payment processing<\/li>\n<li>Payment forecast analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Review of provisions<\/li>\n<li>Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Reporting activities \u2013 Generate and update the AP reports.<\/li>\n<li>Contact vendors and confirm receipt of invoice\/shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor account reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by the internal QC team<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data & come up with his\/her findings on automation opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in complex environments with strict deadlines on projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bcom \/ BBA(Finance) \/ MCom \/ MBA(Finance).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6 months of related experience<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of MS applications (Basic level).<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li>Good written\/oral communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems. Engagement with management of projects related to the unit.
