Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the firm in its goal to drive and improve performance in line with strategic plans.<\/li>\n<li>Work with FBP Team leads in supporting Client facing Principals and Project Management Teams to ensure financial success of our client engagements.<\/li>\n<li>Support with regular reporting and analysis, as well as conducting proactive analysis on financial status and outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Explain key findings, highlight areas of concern and variances to senior finance and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Engage effectively with project teams and finance colleagues at all levels to identify and resolve any financial issues relating to a particular client or the region.<\/li>\n<li>Support with cost and pricing estimation and reviews during the selling process.<\/li>\n<li>Understand cost drivers to aid client leads in improving profitability for a practice area or the region overall.<\/li>\n<li>Support with creation and maintenance of detailed forecasts for revenue, cost, and profit, including pipeline tracking\/business development support.<\/li>\n<li>Increase the awareness of good financial management practices across the firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS degree in Finance or closely related field, or Finance qualification such as CA,ACA,ACCA, CIMA etc required, advanced degree welcomed;<\/li>\n<li>At least 7+ years\u2019 experience in financial analysis supporting internal business units or stakeholders (project-based industry preferred but not essential);<\/li>\n<li>Expertise using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and task management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and commercially and a willingness to dive down into the details.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to partner closely with senior leaders while retaining objective and professional finance perspective.<\/li>\n<li>High motivation, strong work ethic and personal initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to establish relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Close attention to detail, coupled with good judgment to know when to challenge practices or assumptions.<\/li>\n<li>High energy and motivation, with a commitment to quality client service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast paced, rapidly changing
