{"id":33680,"date":"2023-12-15T11:06:28","date_gmt":"2023-12-15T11:06:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=33680"},"modified":"2024-02-22T05:56:17","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T05:56:17","slug":"financial-planning-analyst-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=financial-planning-analyst-2","title":{"rendered":"Financial Planning Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead FP&A activities for USCA region within GCB FP&A team<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of high performing individuals to deliver reporting, analysis, and insight to the business<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for timely and accurate BAU delivery<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on with creating management reports (Financials covering flows, revenue, expenses etc.), including partnering on budgeting\/forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including global teams across Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively find opportunities to optimize the current reporting structure and develop innovative ways<\/li>\n<li>Improve control environment through implementation and enhancement of automated processes<\/li>\n<li>Show desire to work in a constantly evolving, changing, and challenging environment<\/li>\n<li>Embrace and drive the BlackRock principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills And Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA with proven experience (6-8 years) in FP&A, Variance Analysis, Stakeholder Management, MIS Reporting and Team Management<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record in team management (directly managing), growing talent and motivating diverse team<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling large data and deriving meaningful insights<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparation of flash report \/ dashboards and management review packs for senior management<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and a sense of urgency around deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, writing and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of self-motivation, able to own and drive multiple assignments and willing to respectfully challenge the status quo<\/li>\n<li>Work and deliver under minimal direct supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment (not only FP&A team but also across Finance)<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Excel.
