Ensure robust oversight and governance frameworks along with appropriate documentation are in place to maintain fiduciary responsibilities for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Providing oversight on a quantitative screening model output, challenging the effectiveness of the model, and deep dive analysis on the accuracy of the data as well as trends.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Technology to provide solutions to satisfy the evolving needs of the Business by working with the target users to create strategic plans for enhancements and managing the implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Controls& Compliance officers as well as Risk to manage regulatory inspections and reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor existing and emerging operational risks to ensure they are escalated and remediated.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining data consistencies across different oversight committees.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing governance materials and documenting review committee takeaways with proactive follow ups on action items with timely reports to committees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-7 years of industry experience, preferably in Consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Wealth Management business and a variety of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, structured products, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical experience, with a focus on statistical analysis, financial modelling or other investment related analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strong programming skills. Preferably at least a few of the following \u2013 Python, Matlab, Visual Basic, SQL and C#<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to parse complex tasks and juggle priorities in a highly dynamic professional environment with a focus on attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CFA or MBA preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision.
