Accounting Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Financial\/Legal entity Controllers to prepare& review financial statements across different JP Morgan legal entities and geographies<\/li>\n<li>Work with various teams to research, escalate, and clear exceptions to the general ledger and other interfacing systems in a timely manner to ensure the integrity of ledger\/risk management systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly General ledger Reconciliation& Substantiation process<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to various regulatory reporting requirements when performing the reporting\/month end close process<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring appropriateness of reference data for account hierarchies<\/li>\n<li>Participate in user acceptance tests during projects on system implementation\/changes& other business initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations for US GAAP&\/or IFRS Standards<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand\/comprehend data flows and their impacts across the ledger, RMS& reporting systems along with their interrelationships and dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of investment banking products e.g. Securities, derivatives, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand business drivers\/requirements and influence partners to deliver solutions to business problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong partnerships across various stakeholder groups at onshore locations and within Mumbai through proactive and strong communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CA\/MBA\u2019s with 1-4 years of relevant experience (Controller experience is preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interest in learning, resourceful under pressure and willing to take
