Recommending and monitoring internal credit ratings and limits.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting senior team members with completing due diligence, structuring, and documentation on new transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with key stakeholders including client coverage and product bankers.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and monitoring various credit and regulatory reporting requirements; and, Supporting the teams with ongoing and ad-hoc initiatives and workstreams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:<br \/>\n<\/strong>We are looking for someone excited to join our organization. If you meet the minimum requirements below, you are encouraged to apply to be considered for this role.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience gained in a credit risk or credit analysis role within corporate, institutional, and\/or investment banking.<\/li>\n<li>Sound credit risk analysis skills covering both qualitative and quantitative analysis.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of products across debt markets, liquidity, cash management, and derivatives as well as related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take an active role in identifying key issues\/ concerns relating to clients, their industries, and transaction structures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
