{"id":32967,"date":"2023-11-29T09:58:19","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T09:58:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32967"},"modified":"2024-02-22T06:19:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T06:19:32","slug":"asset-management-analyst","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=asset-management-analyst","title":{"rendered":"Asset Management Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain the most strategic view and execution of business objectives for the residential and small balance commercial Goldman Sachs Whole Loan Portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Analytics team to create and prioritize operational reports pertinent to measuring performance and identifying potential servicing risks.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Servicer(s) to understand the needs of each project (skills and timing) and provide guidance and recommendations on the coordination and implementation of such projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Servicer(s) deliver all performance related reports on schedule as required in the respective Servicing Agreement(s)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage inquires and escalated issues raised by Servicer(s)<\/li>\n<li>Support other departmental teams as needed (e.g., Jumbo Conduit, Due Diligence, Repurchase Team, Whole Loan Reporting, and Trade Desk Support)<\/li>\n<li>Assist in updating departmental policies\/procedures; ensure departmental and firm wide guidelines are followed,<\/li>\n<li>Work on approvals and review of various loss mit strategies to ensure the actions are approved as per guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Perform approvals for foreclosure and review for bids and foreclosure sales Communicate the firm\u2019s goals and objectives,<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of extensive residential mortgage or secondary marketing experience, with an emphasis in analytics, and data manipulation<\/li>\n<li>Independent thinker who will be proactive, assertive, and professional in dealings with internal\/external business partners, other Loan Management teams, and senior managers; be able to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent time management\/organizational skills with a keen eye toward attention to detail; must have ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment, and aggressive deadlines with minimum supervision;
