{"id":32956,"date":"2023-11-29T05:12:51","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T05:12:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32956"},"modified":"2024-02-22T06:20:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T06:20:05","slug":"financial-analyst-19","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/job\/financial-analyst-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The Surveillance Analyst will have several areas of responsibility including, but not limited to, following:<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze trade surveillance reports\/ alerts, and sign off alert completion related to employee and client trading activities;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct investigations on irregularities and abnormal activities and document findings;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in defining and documenting the operating processes for processing Monitoring reports;<\/li>\n<li>Help the senior manager in making the team and processes more efficient;<\/li>\n<li>Create Management Information Reports on a periodic basis;<\/li>\n<li>Escalate unresolved issues or potential violations of the Morgan Stanley\u2019s policies or external rules and regulations to his\/her manager, Coverage Compliance and Senior Management of Business Units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess excellent knowledge of financial instruments and markets.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding and knowledge of trading mechanisms across different financial instruments\/ markets.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess knowledge of trade booking and settlements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Industry Qualifications I.e.
