Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts and bank accounts and follow up on open items<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all the accounting is in compliance with the US GAAPs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that effective controls are maintained to achieve high accuracy as per the internal company guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Execute intercompany transactions<\/li>\n<li>Perform cash application and Netting process for ICO customers\/ICO Vendors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate working and posting of Rule-based journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Perform the entire range of activities pertaining to closing books of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Review and timely resolution of all audit queries<\/li>\n<li>Engage with local teams and regional teams to stay aligned on all the processes, and resolve issues on a timely basis<\/li>\n<li>Undertake assessment cycles for seamless movement from FI to PA module at month-end<\/li>\n<li>Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Review the SOP periodically and recommend necessary changes as and when needed in consultation with relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Perform all the compliances as per SOX guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt response to queries of local business\/regional team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc):<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Any graduate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of US GAAP<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ERP system is a must<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience desired<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of MS
