We are looking for an experienced detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties, oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions, preparing tax returns, performing account reconciliations, maintaining general ledger and assisting with audit preparations.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
\n\u2022 Generate error-free accounting reports and present their results
\n\u2022 Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
\n\u2022 Preparing required federal, local and special tax returns
\n\u2022 Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
\n\u2022 Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
\n\u2022 Review and recommend modifications, if required for the improvement of existing accounting systems and procedures.
\n\u2022 Plan, assign & manage and review work of account assistants.
\n\u2022 Participate in financial forecast process.
\n\u2022 Provide input on various accounting issues and goal setting process.
\n\u2022 Prepare financial statements vs and budget according to timeline schedule fixed.
\n\u2022 Assist with tax audits and tax returns
\n\u2022 Initiate and assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance
\n\u2022 To carry out efficiently month-end and year-end close process.
\n\u2022 Develop and document \u2013 SOPs for various business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with GAAP
\n\u2022 Liaise and effectively communicate with our Owners & Finance Manager.
\n\u2022 Awareness of business trends.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
\n\u2022 In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
\n\u2022 Ability to train and manage staff
\n\u2022 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end\/year-end close process
\n\u2022 Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Fresh Books and QuickBooks
\n\u2022 Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
\n\u2022 Focus, accuracy and efficiently working under time bound deadlines.
\n\u2022 Effective oral and communication skill.
\n\u2022 Aptitude for numbers crunching & analytical \/ quantitative skills and quantitative skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 SAP\/FOCUS knowledge is a must
\n\u2022 Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
\n\u2022 MBA \/ M. COM \/ B.COM<\/p>\n
