completeness of the financials<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring accuracy of numbers with respect to accounting and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Handling Internal audit, statutory audit, SOX audit and ICOFR compliance, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handling and overviewing team of people and guiding them in case of issues\/challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate, and supervise the team members with regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for the team<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Biz, tech and product teams to enable new streams and impact analysis of same<\/li>\n<li>Strong follow ups with stakeholders for the effective closure of open points\/issues.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and highlighting tech glitches on time to concerned teams and track for timely closure.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening the BS review process with more emphasis on aged balances<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with business and biz fin teams to ensure smooth flow of operations<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the function to enhance efficiency and accuracy using RPA and other tech enablers<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to work with large volume of data and in evolving environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CA 4+ yrs of work experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality results on time.<\/li>\n<li>Good to have experience in Power BI, oracle, SQL, Qlikview, Alteryx etc<\/li>\n<li>The knowledge of applicable taxes &amp;
