{"id":32735,"date":"2023-11-21T09:27:59","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T09:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32735"},"modified":"2024-02-22T08:13:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T08:13:11","slug":"assistant-manager-11","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=assistant-manager-11","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for performing and the planning and execution of financial and operational audits.<\/li>\n<li>Expected to possess good knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of detailed audit program, an effective work paper documentation, report preparation and release to the concerned stakeholders within agreed timelines for all projects undertaken.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and document business processes and controls in order to evaluate risks and compensating controls<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps in current process and suggest \u201cto be\u201d process<\/li>\n<li>Focus on identifying, analyzing and evaluating potential risks\/threats in all areas related to Finance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control, accuracy and completeness of reporting, compliance with laws and regulations and timely remediation of deficiencies (i.e. SOX)<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad hoc special projects\/management reviews that may include interaction and collaboration with various levels of management and also across functions<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity\/good knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS office) and ERP system (e.g. SAP)<\/li>\n<li>Must possess good analytical skills and creative thinking ability.<\/li>\n<li>Should have good attention for details, good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management<\/li>\n<li>To possess ability to effectively present information and\/or a convincing argument and persuade others to accept or adopt a specific opinion or action while communicating one-on-one with auditee, to a group or senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong> CA\/ ACCA\/ CIA\/ CPA with audit background<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relevant Year of Experience:<\/strong> 4 to 7 years of experience in internal audit\/SOX\/ external audit\/forensic audit with Big 4\/ large multinationals.
