{"id":32728,"date":"2023-11-21T08:19:09","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T08:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32728"},"modified":"2024-04-06T07:12:16","modified_gmt":"2024-04-06T07:12:16","slug":"finance-operation-analyst","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=finance-operation-analyst","title":{"rendered":"Finance Operation Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply Finance Governance Policies on day-to-day financial activities and project updates in Certinia<\/li>\n<li>Support for Certinia tasks setting up new projects, reporting on project \/ customer financials, project maintenance, and project completion<\/li>\n<li>Manage Revenue Recognition processing<\/li>\n<li>Manage Billing requests and ensure invoicing are processed in accordance to the contract terms and on time<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity of the Certinia records<\/li>\n<li>Proactively make suggestions for improvements to the financial and portfolio management processes<\/li>\n<li>Provide general business operations support to the regions.<\/li>\n<li>Review contracts to determine all financial elements of the transaction<\/li>\n<li>Validate and finalize project setup in Certinia in accordance with Finance Governance policy<\/li>\n<li>Manage new order bookings and backlogs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who You\u2019ll Work With<br \/>\n<\/strong>This role will work closely with region and finance leadership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Makes You a Qualified Candidate<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors in business, accounting, or finance<\/li>\n<li>Strong English Communication Skills (Verbal, Reading &amp;
