{"id":32549,"date":"2023-11-13T11:40:44","date_gmt":"2023-11-13T11:40:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32549"},"modified":"2024-02-20T11:26:39","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T11:26:39","slug":"sr-ar-analyst","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=sr-ar-analyst","title":{"rendered":"Sr. AR Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review weekly incentive payment volumes by the client to assess and verify the availability of funds, and coordinate with the incentive analytics team.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute notifications and reports to clients regarding funding requirements and incentive activity, including W2 reports and IDRs.<\/li>\n<li>Process weekly ACH draw down for client incentive funds.<\/li>\n<li>Process all returned incentive checks in coordination with the Smartshopper Personal Assistant Team (PAT) to reissue as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with analysis of the balance and usage of all client incentive funds to determine clients to be put on hold and clients needing increased funding.<\/li>\n<li>Perform various analyses and metrics regarding incentive payments and distribute reports to key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to incentive-related inquiries from internal teams in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the PAT team to void and reissue Smartshopper checks as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Process escheatment of uncashed Smartshopper Incentive checks in accordance with State regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Assess quantity and dollar value of Smartshopper gift card issuance and initiate payments to third-party vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with and support the accounting team in performing monthly client incentive liability and cash balance reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with other Smartshopper accounting activities and projects during the month as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in documenting accounting and Workday processes to create user guides and procedure manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for external Audits.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Education and professional experience:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of ERP environments.
