{"id":32449,"date":"2023-11-10T12:09:40","date_gmt":"2023-11-10T12:09:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32449"},"modified":"2024-02-22T08:18:42","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T08:18:42","slug":"financial-analysis-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=financial-analysis-associate","title":{"rendered":"Financial Analysis &#8211; Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, lines of business, Functional Finance teams and other support teams in order to provide impactful reporting, planning and insightful analyses<\/li>\n<li>Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed<\/li>\n<li>Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis including annual budget, quarterly\/monthly forecast variances<\/li>\n<li>Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct \u201cdeep dive\u201d analyses on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and propose solutions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business partners across P&A, lines of business and the firm to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: firm-wide, Functional Finance and lines of business teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment<\/li>\n<li>BA\/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CFA, CPA, MBA a plus) with At least 4 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
