&#038; Planning CoE Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Perform benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.<\/li>\n<li>Business partnering with Local controllers to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends; propose value add.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial analysis for various \u201cwhat if\u201d scenarios and sensitivity analysis and the overall impact on the business units.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of overhead under\/over absorption indicating the root cause<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and analyzing Product \/ Customer profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Capital Expenditure budget and actual spending tracking and analysis on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of inventories, NWC (Net Working Capital), and Cashflow<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end closure activities to ensure the accuracy of financials.<\/li>\n<li>P&L and B\/S review to be done and propose necessary corrections.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of monthly data for MIS data and putting into a meaningful format<\/li>\n<li>Perform activities related to Internal controls and SOX audit.<\/li>\n<li>Comparison of monthly\/quarterly MIS data with different benchmarks and givinG<\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Validate the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions<\/li>\n<li>Any other Ad Hoc work\/assignment\/job given, based on urgency and requirement, from time to time which is not listed above.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, presentation of findings, and analyzing Hub KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively find areas for process\/report standardization across different countries, divisions, and business units.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to the Controlling & Planning KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and maintain service quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capability.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication & presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in SAP FICO including CO-PA and Understanding of other modules like SD, PP, MM, PS<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Initiative-taking with a strong commitment to quality and adhering to strict deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Up to 4 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a manufacturing experience background preferable.<\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting with CMA\/ CA \/
