{"id":32213,"date":"2023-11-04T04:49:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-04T04:49:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=32213"},"modified":"2024-02-22T06:25:28","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T06:25:28","slug":"analyst-financial-planning-analysis","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=analyst-financial-planning-analysis","title":{"rendered":"Analyst, Financial Planning &#038; Analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>GCB business reporting and analytics involving financials and other key performance indicators critical to operational management of the businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for management and business reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis while co-working with FP&A stakeholders across US\/EMEA\/LatAm\/APAC.<\/li>\n<li>Perform revenue\/expense analysis on a monthly\/quarterly basis and providing meaningful commentary.<\/li>\n<li>Perform expense forecasting\/budgeting for G&A by coordinating with global stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Change management of management decks\/reporting basis any business realignment\/re-org\/automation.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong checks and controls in the processes\/reports.<\/li>\n<li>Engage and manage adhocs from business partners.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for driving meetings and discussions with stakeholders\/business partners independently.<\/li>\n<li>Participate and support FP&A projects and drive standardization and generate efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Exemplify BlackRock Principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills And Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably Investment Management and\/or financial industry. experience but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparation of flash report \/ dashboards and management review packs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle large data and derive meaningful information.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical bent of mind combined with financial acumen. Well-versed with Finance terminologies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and its key drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationship with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment (not only FP&A team but also across Finance).<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Can-do\u2019 attitude \u2013 willing to contribute at all levels in a small but high performing team environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working on advanced Excel.
