{"id":31883,"date":"2023-10-26T05:47:32","date_gmt":"2023-10-26T05:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=31883"},"modified":"2024-02-22T06:46:18","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T06:46:18","slug":"financial-services-account-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=financial-services-account-associate","title":{"rendered":"Financial Services Account Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>General Duties & Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides excellent customer service while serving as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact to the financial institution\u2019s high-value customers<\/li>\n<li>Addresses inquiries and performs account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts<\/li>\n<li>Assists customers by initiating payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals<\/li>\n<li>Works with various internal and external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Follows up as required to close service tickets and inquiries that were escalated or referred to a different business function<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces with clients to determine present and future needs and discuss progress toward solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ensures service expectations are met and establishes rapport with each caller to set positive expectations for account maintenance queries and other servicing needs<\/li>\n<li>Completes banking transactions and identifies opportunities to market bank products to best meet each caller\u2019s personal needs<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of applicable products and services and keeps informed about new products and services and changes to existing products and services<\/li>\n<li>Successfully sells, markets, and shares information with new and existing customers to educate them about financial offerings<\/li>\n<li>Provides referrals to the managing director or relationship manager for new and additional services<\/li>\n<li>Participates in client loyalty process, providing information and encouraging clients to respond timely to surveys.
