Finance Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Key Activities\/Elements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Service Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Reporting and in-depth analysis of monthly financials (P&L, B\/S, Free Cash Flow, etc) to support business reviews.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Develop meaningful and insightful business metrics and work with business partners to assist decision making process<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Partner with business counter parts in Planning and Estimate processes and perform the actual Vs Plan\/Est. variance analysis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Prior direct people management experience would be an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Operational expertise in STRAP\/AOP\/Estimate process.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in the current financial Plan \/ Estimate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Provide analysis and guidance for the Monthly Operations Reviews.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Provide support and analysis for competitor review and economic indicators trends.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Partner with SBG\/Us & COE Leadership to enhance current process metrics & performance measurement system in line with Honeywell as well as key industry practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Train new employees and ensure training material\/documentation is up to date.<\/p>\n<h4>Business Partnering<\/h4>\n<p>\u00d8 Partner with the business in driving key business goals and initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Develop suggestions for process improvements as needed, to maximize scalability and minimize manual work.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Implement process improvement plans by developing tools and other solutions with cross functional teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Partner with business and demonstrate insight of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business counterparts and management in order to drive business results.<\/p>\n<h4>Process Efficiency<\/h4>\n<p>\u00d8 Exposure to Global Customers with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees\/customers and align and integrate with other departments\/sites.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Identifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving efficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Identifying and introducing best practices that add value to the processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Provide reliable and accurate financial reporting that exceeds existing standards and facilitates decision
