{"id":31825,"date":"2023-10-21T06:23:18","date_gmt":"2023-10-21T06:23:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=31825"},"modified":"2024-02-22T06:32:49","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T06:32:49","slug":"financial-analyst-9","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=financial-analyst-9","title":{"rendered":"Financial Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare reporting for annual\/quarterly budgets and weekly\/monthly forecasts, ensuring a high level of headcount and expense predictability across the sales organization, review for completeness and summarize key variances<\/li>\n<li>Prepare trended analytics for key areas such as headcount attrition, employee costs, and travel spend<\/li>\n<li>Generate Outlook and controller\u2019s letter reporting<\/li>\n<li>Use Tableau to build and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytic solutions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and quarterly international charge outs<\/li>\n<li>Drive continual operational improvements and framework enhancements in support of generating meaningful data driven insights<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with geo finance controllers to drive fiscal deliverables, gain comprehension of variance drivers, and challenge assumptions\/methodologies employed<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Sales Ops activities in India (Bangalore)<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc analysis as required, and self-initiated projects encouraged<\/li>\n<li>Requirements:<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and comfort in an environment subject to change as the business evolves<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, finance or related field; CPA\/MBA\/Chartered Accountant preferred, but not required<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required, preferably with a US-based company<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and accounting skills; must understand key business drivers, ability to communicate financial implications\/business impact and provide recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional follow-through capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Attentive to detail<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to quickly master new tools and processes<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau and Anaplan is preferred.
